I ordered a box of 6 cookies and then an order of the special triple chocolate deluxe cookies, but I got a total of 6. They missed a cookie - disappointing experience. I should have opened the box and checked even though I was in a hurry.

I placed an order online at 7:25 for it to be ready at 7:45. When I arrived the store was somewhat busy , so I understood that I had to wait. It was just annoying that it took longer than the 5 minutes I was told to wait and that the employees there were not being respectful and prioritizing what had to be done. The kids also did not know how to bake the cookies and one of them even burnt a batch, I didn’t know which cookies were burnt until I opened my box to feel and taste the burnt cookies and cream cookie. It’s been a while since I’ve been to Insomnia - Midtown, but my Bestfriend is addicted to their cookies so we had to go. The parking is still trash as always. Lol. This is an ideal location to walk to if you’re close. However, I double parked (forgive me) and ran inside. Walking into Insomnia - Midtown is like walking into a cookie dream. Hi all!! After having dinner we had a craving for ice cream. So visited Insomnia cookies. The place was crowded and even around 1 am. We ordered 3 scoop ice cream with Caramillinare, cotton candy, dream weaver with white chocolate macadamia cookie. I felt cookies are sweeter than ice cream. The ice cream was really tasty with the cookie. It seemed to be pricy for the quantity they are offering.
