Extreme heat warnings so no one outside and the curb appeal makes it seem closed. We are so glad we opened the door to this cute elegant restaurant. Decor is pleasant and plenty of space to dine, don’t feel like you’re sitting/eating with another group. The food was amazing!!! I had shrimp/clams linguine and my wife had the chicken sandwich. My wife & I attended an restaurant industry wine tasting here. It was a wonderful experience. I briefly spoke w chef/owner Michael Brennan. This was the most comfortable & perfect place for the tasting with well over 30 wineries/presenters. Chef Michael's food was far beyond the typical meat & cheese offerings. It was an upscale & delicious accompaniment to some fabulous wines. WELL DONE, Michael! We are excited about coming in for dinner.

We had a fantastic experience at Cardinal Restaurant last night. From start to finish, everything was spot on. The service was excellent—our waiter was attentive, friendly, and really added to the overall experience. We started with the duck wings and Brussels sprouts, which were both absolutely delicious. We opted for the $45 prix fixe menu, and it was a great choice—you really can’t go wrong with it. It’s a full experience from beginning to end and well worth it. Make the reservation, you won't regret it! Cardinal has a laid back, welcoming vibe. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is fresh and delicious, as are the drinks! For brunch I went with the lemon ricotta pancake and a mimosa flight. I was not disappointed! Even their purees for the mimosas are made fresh, with locally sourced ingredients. My flight consisted of the following mimosas: blueberry, pear, pineapple vanilla, and peach. I think the pineapple vanilla won first place with the peach in a close second.
