This was my first time visiting this Applebee’s. I came in around 6 PM, and the restaurant was fairly empty. I sat alone at the bar and was initially helped by a gentleman who served my beer and was very friendly and welcoming. However, about 10 minutes later, I believe there may have been a shift change, and a younger blonde bartender took over. Unfortunately, from that point on, I felt completely ignored. Me and my girlfriend had the pleasure of being served by Alyssa tonight, and she was wonderful Not only was she attentive and polite, but she was also so personable. We loved hearing the sweet story about her 3 year old son it’s clear she’s as dedicated to her family as she is to providing great service She made our meal feel truly special besides that lemonade really hits different.
