Pretty spacious casual local taco shop with self serve sauce bar and soft drink dispenser machine. This is my favorite taco restaurant in Aurora for very affordable and delicious taco Tuesday. Fast food restaurant system to order at the register, they give you a card with number to hang up, and bring food to your table (so not really that much "service"). Green sauce is mild, orange sauce is medium, and brownish red sauce is pretty spicy. Strongly recommend the horchatta as must order drink!

Taco Selene in Aurora is the kind of no-frills family joint where the décor is “tables exist” and the tacos do all the talking. I ordered al pastor, asada, and adobada, and every one of them slapped—perfectly seasoned, juicy, and gone way too fast. The salsa bar is homemade, super fresh, and as good as the tacos. And at $2.50 each!? One of the best deals in Denver, full stop. This place is dangerous in the “I might eat here three times a week” kind of way.

My husband and I had a great experience here yesterday! The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. We ordered a smothered burrito, a quesadilla and two tacos. The Al Pastor taco was our favorite but we also enjoyed the carnitas and barbacoa. We will be back to try more!
