Willie★Order what DoorDash said was Austin Burger Co. found on stickers on burger box saying Texas Burger Co and online neither was found but BBG’s was the address. Kinda crazy correct so we received burgers and was very disappointed due to amount I paid for this garbage. $65 later I received 2 burgers one was missing bacon, bland, loaded with a jar of mayonnaise , a slice of lettuce and no cheese. The fries were burnt and tasted like a leather boot strap burnt in potato fryer. The other burger was a double meat cheeseburger with bacon. ninj aney★As a SXSW volunteer, I was looking forward to the free lunch, but the experience was disappointing due to poor customer service. The staff member assisting us, Kailey, was dismissive and provided minimal information about the menu, prompting another volunteer to leave. When my order was ready, it was placed on the bar without any acknowledgment, and her demeanor noticeably changed when I asked for her name. While the event itself was excellent, volunteers deserve respectful treatment, and this interaction fell far short of expectations.

The portions were generous, and everything came out hot and fresh. The place itself has a nice, friendly vibe, nothing fancy, just good food and good people. The staff were super welcoming and made sure everything was right. If you’re craving real fried chicken, this is the spot. Simple, delicious, and totally worth it.
