One of the worst locations I ever patronized before the food quality was awful! We went there for a quick family dinner after picking daughter up in Pittsburg Friday evening. Grabbed a family bucket with the usual biscuits gravy, coleslaw, and mash potatoes. The chicken was original and it literally was half cooked. For the amount of money these places charge you would think they would cook their food throughly. If you want my opinion cook your own food. The lady at the front counter was so sweet, the lady at the drive thru (that I had to deal with when I went back in for something that was forgotten) RUDE. You work with the public.. I get bad days. But there was no one else there but me and her attitude was awful. So uncalled for.

Drive thru order. The food from the woman at the drive thru was aggressively handed through the windows. No drinks. Politely said "do you have the drinks ?" There were 4. She handed them again forceful, I asked for a drink carrier. She literally slammed close the window. I always try to be super kind as you don't know what people are going through but based on several reviews, maybe she needs a career change.

I went to this location 6/16 and asked for fresh chicken it was 9 pm the cashier.tells me they kitchen closed at 9 and they aren't permitted to do that so I asked how long the chicken in the glass been sitting he said 4 hours I was so disappointed I had to.walk.out If your a paying customer why can't we have fresh food Iasked for a manger the man says we're short staffed we don't have one I will.neevr go back there
