This place is a joke. 45 minute wait for chicken nuggets and happy meals. Then it was cold because they let it sit by the drive thru window like no one knew what to do with it instead of delivering the food to my table. The number on the ticket clearly matched the number on the table sign at my table.

Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful, there are maybe 2 staff members that are actually nice at this location. And as for the food they give out burnt, soggy, or very badly made food. The pies are constantly burnt, nuggets and fries come either soggy or hard like they’ve been sitting for a long period of time. And burgers will come just thrown together in the package with the toppings leaking out onto the packaging. New management is desperately needed at this location for night and day shifts.

Wish I could give a 0 star. Got in line at the drive thru at 1020p, 40 mins prior to closing. Waited behind the guy in front of me for ten minutes before he left. Got to the order booth, nobody there. Even the AI wouldn't answer me for anything. Drove up and looked in the window, there were like 5 employees just standing around in the dining area talking to each other. What a joke. Either you're just terrible at running your business, or you've put your trust in the wrong people to run your store. Never coming back again. And by the rating for your location, I'm clearly not the only one.

Ordered the dinner box and an extra sandwich. Waited 15 mins after being told a 3 min wait. Fries, cold, burgers, 1 cheeseburger 1 hamburger, 1 of the bigmacs only had 1 patty and the other was burnt. Our nuggies were old. No sauce in the box. Absolutely horrible. This location has never been good but usually the food was edible.
