I’ve honestly never been treated with this level of disrespect at a business before. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of feeling welcomed or valued as a customer, I felt like I was an inconvenience. The way I was spoken to was unacceptable, and there was a clear lack of basic courtesy and respect. I understand that everyone has off days, but this experience went beyond that. Customer service should never make someone feel uncomfortable or disrespected. I visited in Autumn 2024 for breakfast, eating in to have a small hot original coffee and breakfast croissant with sausage, cheese and egg. Servers were very welcoming, engaging and polite to everyone visiting. They quickly turned my order around to a high standard. And, the restaurant was exceptionally clean.
