We placed our first order online. They have a free guac for first purchase for first time account members. We couldn't figure out why we couldn't get the guac free online. So we just placed our order. Apparently, we didn't put our guac in the purchase order so we didn't get it discounted. Went in to clarify why we couldn't get the guac in the order and they explained why. We didn't get the guac even after we asked for it in person and apologized for the misunderstanding. Just received my order. Either we were sent a small queso instead of a large, or their large has gotten about a third the size. Bowl had very little of anything in it. Like seriously the tiniest amount of each thing. I get that businesses are trying to stretch things but this will be my last order here. It has consistently gotten worse every time over the last year.

If you enjoy laughably skimpy portions and finding things in your food that raise questions then this is the spot for you! We ordered a standard portion of chips and guac and our bag had less than a handful of chips! Y'all heard of potato chip companies filling their bags with air? Well our bag was literally 95% air. How this passed by an employee is beyond me. $5.10 for 10 crumbs of chips and guac is insulting. Then halfway through our meal my partner notices a puddle of liquid in her bowl like the rice or something else wasn't fully ready and used anyways. The employee preparing our meal did

No complaints of the people that prepared my bowls. They are always very nice to me but they look sad and rushed by their shift lead i think it is. She’s a middle aged woman and kinda has an attitude towards them. Her attitude needs to better towards her employees and reassure them they’re doing a great job because they are. And just a small complaint on the food, is that the chips kinda always taste stale for some weird reason or maybe I’m just unlucky and get the bottom of them 😂
