I ordered my food through Uber Eats (so take this how you want) but I ordered my sandwich a bag of chips, and 4 raspberry cookies for my coworkers, when I got my order, I was missing my chips and ALL 4 cookies. The last time I ordered from this store, they didn’t put any sauce on my sandwich at ALL, and they forgot my drink and chips! Thank goodness I am able to get a refund on those items but how do you miss that! And how do you pack a delivery order and tape up the bag so the delivery person can’t open it which is great but how are they suppose to know they got everything!? Because clearly

Used to buy from here pretty often but lately the quality of the food has made me seek other locations. Especially in the late hours, something is always off about my sandwiches and it feels like a waste of money. From outdated or undercooked meat, to forgetting things in my order. It really feels like there's a lack of awareness when it comes to consumers lately.
