My wife and i went in for the first time the other day. Glad we did. Easy to miss from the road, but well worth the stop. Typical dive bar vibes. Food was great, and the service even better. The burgers were huge, and as good as you will find. Side of regular fries and waffles fries were huge. We enjoyed the jalapeno poppers, and thry came with a nice spicy ranch sauce. Most impressive was Nicole our waitress. She was pleasant and attentive. All while serving a completely full bar and multiple tables. She didnt miss a beat. I would consider this place a HIDDEN GEM.

OMG! How have we driven past for 12 years and never come in?? Too much food - delicious- come super hungry!! And incredible Bloody Mary's... Hurry, dont wait, Sunday brunches will never be the same! Save a table for us! Worth the wait!! Bartender and waitress... amazing!

Food was really good - hats off to the cooks! However service was HORRIBLE!!! Not only from the waitress, but anyone working there who would just be walking by our table...one person even claimed he doesn't really work there and is just helping out - well, then HELP OUT!!! Complete disregard for paying (and tipping!!!) customers. Too many details to explain, but NOT worth visiting EVER again! If you go to this establishment you definitely need to pack your patience!!! They also seem to only cater to their regulars. Just not worth it!

This is the best gumbo I’ve ever had in St.Louis. I hardly ever leave reviews this one is WELL DESERVED. Gumbo is a staple in my family and this just gave me a taste of “ home” after a very long week.
