I visited the Covington Pike location today and had a very frustrating experience with both my order and the customer service. While placing my order, I was rushed. The cashier kept saying “I got it” before I could fully finish explaining my order. I clearly ordered two Captain Combos and one kid’s meal. After receiving my receipt and food, I realized I was not rung up for combos at all. Instead, I was charged for “Fish & Side” items separately, along with additional charges for sides and a drink. Food is always fresh. So for some apparent reason I'm having to add to my last review. Because i was trying to make a new review on 1/7/26. But I am not able to. My last review was awesome. Today not so good. The slaw taste old. The fish and huspuppy was not done. Taste gummy. The corn taste old and tasteless. Very disappointed. I wish people took pride in there work. To assure that tge costumer who us paying with hard earned money. Could be appreciated and want to come back. Bad business...
