Store provide a comfortable atmosphere for enjoying coffee or working. The menu can be overwhelming, and prices are on the higher side. However, the quality of drinks and friendly staff contribute to a positive overall experience.

Definitely not the cleanest nor the friendliest of Starbucks. Stopped in around 3:30. It looked like they had just finished a mad rush or something. Trash on floors, dirty bathroom. No acknowledgement by any of the 3 employees up front. Upon leaving I extended a thank you, and still no acknowledgement. Felt invisible the entire time.

All drinks were good. BUT, the cafe is so extremely, unbearably cold. I don’t understand why there are so many air ducts in the cafe and not in the kitchen side where the staff is hot. We are freezing out here in the lobby. Definitely not welcoming.
