Many young people, especially students, sit in Starbucks without buying anything, just wasting time. I don’t know if they think sitting there gives them some kind of social status or something. They don’t even leave space for people who actually want to sit down and enjoy a good coffee.

I’ll never understand why people go to Starbucks like it’s a library or study center. Then when the rest of us just want to sit down and enjoy a coffee, every table is taken, and the employees don’t do anything about it.

I ordered a tea and wanted to go pick it up. One of the employees stated that they are closing the lobby for their meeting and I should go through the drive though. I stated I don’t have a car and I’m just picking up my order. She proceed to tell me I can’t come in and will bring the order out. By the time she came back to the door, after asking a name for my order (twice) and then giving me my drink, 7 minutes have passed back. I do not believe the meeting started exactly at 430pm but having me wait outside for an order was an inconvenience. It’s cold and very windy.
