We met friends for lunch. The doors were locked when we got there. It was shortly after they were supposed to open so we thought maybe they were running behind and we could see staff inside who could also see us. We sat outside for about ten minutes and finally another lady that was waiting called and told them the door were locked. They came and let us in and the hostess seemed annoyed with us. Once we were inside we realized the people we were meeting were already inside and they said they had to be let in also so the staff already knew the door was locked. Food was good, but the steak was undercooked. Plus, I waited over 50 minutes nearly an hour for my main entree. It wasn't my server's fault. It seemed like everyone around me was getting their order but me. I spoke to a manager but he said it was like that through out the whole store and there was a large party of people that was the reason for the wait. I didn't see any large party of people. All I know is that my order was almost an hour late. No compensation was given, just an apology. I wasn't looking for my bill to totally erased, but at least some sort of $10-$15 gift card to return to

What a complete facelift!! Before Hurricane Ida, I rarely came here because the service, management, and food were just not great. Very mediocre, and I knew I would get better treatment and flavor elsewhere. After it reopened, I came for birthday dinners, and it has been amazing! I’m very impressed with how the staff and food are now! I have gone plenty of times since those birthday dinners and always requested for Nesha! She is so sweet and really does a great job being attentive. If you ever go, make sure to ask for her!!!
