For some reason I have been craving a banana milkshake and the only place I know that serves a banana milkshake is Rally's. I feel like this is a staple to Rally's is getting a banana milkshake that not many places would have outside of regular flavors. I have gone back repeatedly in the last 6 months and their milkshake machine has been down I'm convinced that McDonald's ice cream machine is up more so than theirs. And they continuously tell me that they have the part just needs to be fixed so rallies when are you going to fix your damn milkshake machine because my craving for a banana milksh

I love rallys fries they just take a while to get your order ready. The employees were really nice and patient. Overall it was a goodd experience.

Literally always "forgets" part of our order. Every time. Tonight we ordered for 5 ppl. They forgot 2 chicken bite boxes that were for my son and I. No chicken bite boxes. I go all the way back over there. The manager has the nerve to keep questioning me and implying that I'm lying! If we had the food we paid for I definitely wouldn't be back! She says, "well I remember and we gave it to him." No she didn't! And how could she? My husband is the one who drove there the first time and only saw the two young ppl working, not her. "Did you bring the bags?", she asked. Of course not! Everyone else

I stood at the walk-up window and patiently waited for the young male employee to acknowledge me and take my order. Even a simple “I’ll be with you in a moment” would have sufficed, but instead, I was completely ignored while he continued taking drive-thru orders. Despite making eye contact several times, I was never acknowledged. I’m not going to beg a business to take my money, so I left and went to another establishment. This is the first and only Rally’s where I’ve ever experienced an issue like this.
