Beautiful café with a very cozy and modern Scandinavian vibe. The atmosphere is calm and stylish, perfect for a relaxed breakfast or coffee. The drinks and food were excellent — everything looked and tasted high quality. You can really tell they focus on specialty coffee and fresh ingredients. Definitely one of the nicest cafés in Bellevue. Highly recommend!

I finally had a chance to try Cafe Hagen, and was not disappointed. The pastries were flaky and well baked. The americano was smooth and flavorful, not charred, not bitter. I like the contemporary design, and just being there made me feel trendy and chic. I think I've found my new favorite place for breakfast.

The service and ambience were great! Good location, looks very fancy inside without making you feel uncomfortable. However the baked goods were just okay. My marble cake slice was pretty dry so it was a bit disappointing. The drinks were good, but sadly, nothing to rave about. So to be fair, this is a good place to relax and have a little dessert and coffee, but I wouldn't go out of my way to go there.

I am visiting from New York and wanted to try a cafe. The barista Hana was super friendly and helpful. She answered any questions I had about the menu and coffee with so much patience, all with a smile. Not to mention her latte art is amazing too!! Genuinely made my trip so much more memorable! I almost never write reviews, but I wanted to shout her out. Thank you Hana for the kind service you provided!!!
