I had the absolute best experience at this Panera today. I accidentally ordered the Rustic Baked Potato soup without realizing it contained bacon, which I’m allergic to. When I brought it up to the staff, they were incredibly understanding and immediate in their response. They let me swap it for the Broccoli Cheddar soup free of charge without a second thought. The staff’s genuine kindness completely brightened my day. Easily the best dining experience I’ve had. And ofc the food was delicious like always and food came out in a timely manner. 10/10 service!

First time back in probably over a year and a half, i stayed away because they seemed to be having a lot of issues the first year or so they were open. I think they’ve ironed out a lot of the problems that they were struggling with that ultimately hurt this locations’ reputation 😓. The service was very good this time around, and no problems with the food. This visit has definitely improved my view of this Panera location :) Also— thank you Sawyer for great service, you’re a sweetheart!!

My food is always fresh and the staff is super friendly. But the reason I gave it 3 stars is because Ilevery time I come to this location, I order the exact same thing. The Avocado BLT sandwich whole with an extra pickle, side of chips, and a large strawberry basil lemonade fresca. And it seems that every time I come here there always missing an ingredient of some sort. Last week it was the bacon on my sandwich, and no strawberry fresca. The time before that, they were out of basil for my drink. This week they didn't have the sourdough bread for my sandwich or the bacon again and they didn't

I came to get some broccoli cheddar but they were all out for the night :/ However they were super helpful and helped me find the nearest place that had it in stock. They also gave me the cookies I got for free since they were out of the soup! Both the workers were extremely nice (didn’t get their names)
