Eat My Catfish is always great. This particular visit….i gave the food a 4. I would normally give it a 5, but i ordered the Cajun rice as a side and it was full of little crunchy rice pieces. I have gotten it before and it was fine, but this time it wasn’t. That little dark piece in the middle…..all of those in the rice were crunchy.
