The WORST customer service!!!! I walked in and waited at the front for a long time. Two girls stood with their backs, turned talking behind the counter. None of them asked me if I needed help with an order. I saw every person who worked in this place look at me and not say a word to me! One lady came from the back and told Justine at the front to assist me and she ignored her at first then rolled her eyes about having to do something other than talk. I finally got my food with a rude attitude from Justine saying “HERE” and slamming my food on the counter. Justine should not be the face of this

We were on a school trip and they handled of us very respectful very fast and the food was all really good. Highly recommend especially sense I’ve never been to Wendy’s! 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨

Ordered to go for my husband, 2 kids and myself. Order was not ready upon arrival to pick it up and when we finally did receive our food, the fries were cold and hard like they had been sitting out all day and the burgers were dry, chewy and cold and every one of our drinks were watered down like they had made them first and sat there while waiting in our cold food to be bagged up.

On Wednesday, January 21st, at 12pm., I visited a drive-thru where the male attendant seemed extremely rushed for some reason. I could tell he wasn't really listening because when I ordered a 10-piece nugget, he asked what size even before I finished saying "nugget." When I ordered a #1 value meal, I was trying to tell him no tomatoes, and he asked what drink I wanted. Not once did he let me finish what I was saying.
