I made a stop at this location last week, coming from Santa Fe to Abq - I picked up my order and cc when I got home, I noticed it was incorrect - called them and spoke to the manager/supervisor, Monique, she was very kind and very efficient - I could not go back that night, so she made sure, I could come back when I was able to - I went in today and she personally helped me - KFC give this young lady a raise and recognition!! I also want to say, give her team recognition as well, because they are very friendly and look like they are working very hard!

On May 14th , 7:35pm went the KFC ON Highway 550 in Bernallio., ordered 2 dinners. Specifically told them 3 times I do not want cheese on my my famous bowl. Get home ,ready to eat my dinner after a long day at work & sure enough they added added cheese. Not the end of the world, but very disappointing, no dinner tonight (can't have cheese).

This location advertises being open until 11PM on Fridays. Arrived at drive through at 9PM and was told they're no longer taking orders. Why stay "open" if you have no food? Update your hours to match what you have on hand to serve guests.

Did an online order, it said it was ready on the app. I get there and there’s 7-8 cars in line. So I decide to get down and pick up my order instead as my son had to be in practice. The doors were locked. I couldn’t wait in line as they were helping one car at a time literally. Since I ordered on line I asked for my refund back and they couldn’t help me. They said I had to wait till I was contacted but that he didn’t know how long it would take for them to contact me for my refund. They took my money and I still have no food. This is unacceptable!!
