Came here for a nice lunch, and my order was wrong. I understood because we ordered through the drive through, but it was wrong even after three different corrections. We open our bags to eat and our Mac was just liquid with bacon floating inside of it. It ruined our afternoon because it was our first time trying Panera bread. Employee was nice about it though.

This restaurant is a postcard example of the endemic decline of fast food restaurants nationwide. 1. **Decline in Food Quality**: The food I ordered was not up to the standard I have come to expect from Panera bread. The $9 chicken noodle soup bowl was served half-full and was almost all exclusively broth. What a shame. It was clear that the attention to detail I once appreciated was lacking. 2. **Cleanliness Concerns**: The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was subpar. because I went there to keep me warm. and have coffee and meal. end out more sick . the heating system was nothing. major ice cold air coming from floor and bathroom men. and also the girl got silent when her boss came next to her to talk to me and take over the coversation and told ke i had no $20 redeem coupon associated with my phone number or account she know very well what she did. she wanted make me feel bad in front if her boss. not care about customer. only care about herself selfishly, i contacted the customer service over the phone and they told me she in fact ordered and redeemed m

Perfect place to study, as I can stay for hours in a relaxed environment, chill music, good food, and hours that the library's closed. Tomato basil bread should be purchaseable on its own bc it's delicious and a good snack food.
