Josh Huntington★★★★Edge Restaurant, located on West Broad Street in Bethlehem, is a New American restaurant with French and Asian influences. It's open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM, and on Friday and Saturday until 9:30 PM. I stopped in on Thursday night for an early dinner and had a great first experience, with friendly service and delicious, well-prepared food. It took a while for our server to come up to us but she was nice when she did. Unfortunately that was one of the only times we saw her. I counted 3 times she came to our table. Our waitress was happy to serve us and made sure we were satisfied. We plan on coming back with more of our family.
Raul maldonado★★★★★I think this was my 3rd or 4th time coming, and I have to say, the BEST chicken dish I have ever had in my life was from here, such an explosion of flavors it makes me want to just meditate with each bite to fully immerse myself in the flavor! Our waittress was the sweetest thing ever too! She was very attentive, very informed on the menu with great dish recommendations as well as very nice to us throughout our stay! I definitely want to come back again as soon as possible to get me more of that chicken breast!!
