Walked in this evening and right off the bat, the restaurant smells miserable like sewer. Ordered and the guy helping (shift manager) Mike, was very rude and had an attitude, never once made eye contact, and he then said that since we “ordered a lot of food” that it would take a while for our food to be done. Totally okay but maybe saying things in a nicer tone would get you a 5 star review.

My boyfriend went to pick up Dinner this evening I got the brisket which I get all the time. The meat was halfway off the sandwich. There was hardly any meat he asked for extra sauce. There was no sauce on the sandwich at all extremely disappointing.. The curly fries seemed like they’ve been sitting there all day. He did not receive his mail at all and he spent almost $18 there. I asked him did he want me to call and he said absolutely not, babe there was nobody in the parking lot. I was the only customer the kid that handed me. My food seemed like he was 13 years old.
