For mediocre food that tastes the same as it did 30 years ago from what I can remember the unprofessionalism that is constant at this location is unacceptable. Your employees should not be getting into a full explanation about the cost of items or how many items come with however many piece of nuggets you order as most people order extra especially on an online order where I add extra and don't receive it when you guys already mess up a simple order as it is is ridiculous. Basically was supposed to get 11 sauces and only got 8. Had to explain false advertisement to your manager working the win

I used to frequent this location to get a in iced coffee and do some as a brief stop over between appointments (travel for my job). They recently took all the outlets in the whole place and covered them with screwed on faceplates. I presume this is to stop homeless people or middle school students from coming in to use the location to charge devices. Jokes on them for being so heartless because now they're also losing a real customer that stopped by often for convenience. I'll know now to head to Starbucks instead.

Today, my daughter had an upsetting experience at McDonald’s. She accidentally picked up the wrong order because the number was similar, but as soon as she realized, she politely apologized to the staff and explained the mistake. When her correct order was ready, the employee gave her a dirty look, and when she asked for ranch while showing her receipt, the employee tossed it at her instead of handing it respectfully. This interaction left my daughter feeling very upset and close to tears. I hope management addresses this, as customers especially young ones deserve to be treated with basic kin
