I had a choice of three different Chipotles to choose from, I chose this one because of the high rating it already had and it did not cease to impress me. The staff was very accommodating answered my questions fully and even try to help me pick out something on the menu when I was unsure of what to get. There was not a long wait time at all I was first in line after the two girls that walked in in front of me, everything looked nice and seemed well-staffed. I only wish they would have had the refresher drinks in stock but I know how aggravating that machine is. And I wasn't dining in anyways s

Oh my god ive never seen a chipotle this amazing before in my life. The fastest service of any establishment ever. Workers are extremely enthusiastic and supportive. Hope they all get raises immediately.

Worker greets me by saying “ what do you want”. Proceeds to give me probably the worst serving of chicken I’ve ever had. If the service is terrible at least give me a good amount of food. I have no idea why anyone would go to this location when the other one in Blacksburg on Prices Fork is infinitely better. I will never go back to this location. That guy that served me is such a bad look for the company
