Food is slimmy - greesy crap, not prepared right, this isn't the first time, thus why im righting the review hopefully they can figure out how to do the chicken properly. Thus is not how the chicken is supposed to be done ive been eating kfc my whole life and go to many locations this is not how its done. Hopefully management will see this and make a change.

This place is always out of everything. Went the last week and they were out of spice for the spicy chicken. Went today and they are out of the extra crispy supposedly. I don't know who manages this location but they have their head stuck somewhere. This was the last try. Guess they don't need the business. Fine. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Especially seeing there is Popeyes just a block away. Guess Popeyes will be getting our plants business.

THIS LOCATION IS A JOKE. I ordered a kids meal for 5.99 plus tax. They took my Apple Pay and it went through… they said it didn’t “because the machine didn’t print a receipt “ and had ME CHECK MY OWN BANK ACCOUNT if it went through!!!! Then proceeded to have me try to pay 3 more times. They said “sorry our machine isn’t working” and wouldn’t let me get my food. 4 hours later I was charged for it. It’s not about the 6$ it’s about the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I made an online order on Mother’s Day, I screwed up. I called the restaurant and they were very helpful. When the food arrived everything was perfect and tasted great!
