Kids had a great time at this location, unfortunately I got sick from the food with a 24 hour sickness starting that night. I ordered a three chicken strip meal and they were so dry and I would not recommend them to anyone, even for the taste. I would have gone back to ask for fresh chicken, but it wasn’t possible for me to do as we were already at a crunch for time. Date: 4/27/26

Very disappointed with my experience at this McDonald’s. I placed my order online and sat down at a table like I’ve done at many other McDonald’s locations. After waiting about 25 minutes, I finally went up to ask about my order because nothing had come out. The employee said they couldn’t find the order. One manager looked at my phone, went to the register, asked for my name, then had another employee look at my phone as well. This is my 3rd visit at this specific McDonald’s location, & the customer service has always been a hit or miss. Unfortunately, 90% of the staff members don’t speak English very well, which makes things a little difficult when there’s a concern w/the order etc. I VERY calmly requested that my milkshake be remade due to poor consistency and the window greeter response (very dryly) “well idk why it’s like that,” didn’t offer to correct the concern or anything! Seems like everyone who works here has been bitten by the bad attitude bug. Ice coffee was not made how I ordered it. Don’t go here, go up town.
