This Chipotle location is in my rotation of regular lunch spots and has proven to be a dice roll. Sometimes, portions are reasonable, if not generous, and service is realistically fast with it being a noon-1pm lunch rush. However, more often, I have had repeated experiences where I have received very stingy portions with subpar-quality ingredients. I understand that there is a need to conserve ingredients during a rush so that everyone can have a decent order, but honestly, if you're going to charge the same (inflated) price for a bowl, be as generous as possible. Protein items were the freshest out of a lot locations I have been too. However rice, beans, and toppings were always given in small amounts ~ fast half scoops. You have to ask twice to get the amount you want.

I have never left a review for a restaurant but have to say something. I really like chipotles food. However, it seems no matter what state or location I order carnitas at I always get a big glob of fat. It is disgusting. Also today I had them put the peppers and onions on my meal which I always do. But they have added some type of seasoning in the veggies and it is rather bitter. Did not care for them at all. Please go back to the original recipe.

Went in to grab a veggie bowl. When I got to the black beans there was barely anything in there. As he scooped liquid, I asked him for new beans. His reply was "we don't have any" completely unaware of how that answer was unacceptable as it was 6:30 pm, so of course that had to have more. A completely clueless young kid with absolutely no work ethic. Shame on you Chipotle. Drove across town to another Chipotle, told the guy what happened, he seemed pretty clueless too.
