I was here at 8:30 on a Friday around the World Cup. After I ordered, at 8:35 (they close at 9) I saw a tourist try to open the door but the manager had locked it. He saw others inside (10 or so people) and was visibly frustrated. The manager walks around the counter unlocks the door, opens it and yells at him for like 30 seconds. They didn’t run out of ingredients, they just stopped serving customers 30 mins early. I also saw him yell at someone about his order being skinny right after. The manager is truly one of the rudest, meanest people I’ve met. I’ve worked in the food service before

I love potbelly and this is the worst one. I put in an order for my sister who only goes to potbelly because I told her how good it was. For some reason they weren’t taking cards so I put in an order for her on my app. I get I placed it at the wrong location but they refused to make her order even if she showed them her receipt. They continued to laugh in her face and tell her to go drive to the other location. Very unprofessional !!!!

Food worse than Subway, prices like Sam Lagrassas. Should demand a refund from my friend for recommending this place to me, that is how horrible this place is💯. I thought Subway and Jimmy Johns was bottom of the barrel in this segment, but WATCH OUT for Potbelly😬

I love the food but the customer service I experience today was the worst I have ever had. I decided to try ordering in person today for the first time and I will never be doing it again or going to a different location. I asked for a soup and sandwich combo and the lady at the counter harshly and rudely said “yea what sandwich” then when it was ready the man slammed it on the counter and said “hello??” I never write reviews but the awful customer service reflects very poorly on the company.
