I live in North Aurora and the Culvers there is disappointing. The food tastes old, not fresh, onion rings are undercooked, etc. This Culvers is the complete opposite. The shredded pork sandwich with horseradish and grilled onions is always fresh and delicious. The loaded chili cheese fries, shrimp appetizer, coleslaw, and the fruity freeze, YUM. The menu is huge, it's difficult to make a decision. Ordering online for pickup is fast and easy. Always clean inside.

Terrible Service. I selected the proper location when ordering but upon checkout the app defaulted to my home location. I immediately called to cancel the order to resolve the issue. Young girl picked up and was nice over the phone but she was unsure how to resolve my issue. She consulted the manager however forgot to place me on hold. So therefore I heard firsthand the entire exchange between the employee and the manager. The manager was unprofessional and wouldn’t even take the call…instead he told the young lady “tell him its not our fault and not our problem we already made the food…” so b

This people don't know what there doing they always screw up the orders I order some concrete mixers and they gave me Straws And no napkins and they also didn't get my daughter's order right... i will never come back here...

Food was great as always. Our order taker was patient (we had multiple separate orders), kind, and helpful. The dining area itself was a bit dirty. Floors needed both a sweep and a mop. I would definitely return.
