New to Pollo Campero, have to say the fried chicken is delicious. The staff is nice for the most part although a few of the staff have a hard time understanding english. To me that is what gives this place its charm. The price for a two piece lunch special + a soda is a good value. Table service is an added bonus. Can't wait to go back!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent changes at Pollo Campero, particularly at the Boynton Beach, FL location. I used to be a loyal customer, visiting at least twice a week. Unfortunately, due to the drastic decline in quality and value, I now go once every two months—if at all. Be aware, in South Florida, rice and beans are universally considered one side. However, the owner of the Boynton Beach (FL) location has chosen to combine them into a single container that was previously used for either rice or beans alone.
