I came here by a recommendation from two different people that also visited Bozeman. We got the pappardelle and caesar salad with tiramisu for dessert. All parts of the meal were SO good. It was probably one of the best Caesar salad salads I’ve ever had. The pasta was light and delicious. Parking was street parking, so make sure you factor that into your drive time as that area is busy. We made our reservation through Resy and that was a smooth process.

TLDR; really great spot for authentic Italian food. We came in on a Thursday evening with reservations are were shocked to see how full the place was. The line to talk to the host was so long that it took us nearly 10 minutes to just let them know we were here. Between the two of us, we ordered the eggplant as an appetizer, and the stracciatella and spinach cannelloni as mains to split. The eggplant is quite exceptional - the flavors are really unique and is now one my favorite ways of cooking eggplants. Great spot for an upscale but easy italian meal, including delicious pizzas. Beet salad was exceptional! Sitting at the kitchen bar was fun to watch all the happenings there. Fennel sausage has great spice. Tiramisu was great.
