This burger was 🔥 — perfectly juicy with a rich, savory flavor that hits right away! The toppings were fresh and balanced (that crunch + sauce combo 😮‍🔥), and the bun was soft but held everything together without falling apart. Fries were crispy and seasoned just right, making the whole meal feel complete! I also ordered the mango juice and I should’ve ordered one to go! 😍 On top of that, the customer service was amazing — friendly, fast, and made the whole experience even better!! 10/10 would come back for this again!

GO TO THIS FOOD TRUCK!!! Omg... my husband and I ran into the truck kind of on accident and it was the best accident we've ever had. I didn't know what a cachapa was... it's my new favorite food! He described it like a sweet cork pancake with cheese inside and then with the meat on top... holy moly I couldn't stop eating it, even after I was full. While we were waiting, the guy gave us a (tequeño?) to try and that was a delicious little snack. It was a light and buttery pastry wrapped around a white melty cheese. Google Reviews Proves Itself Very Helpful Again! I was looking for something delicious and not "chain" food - so I googled "food near me" and Botalon Grill popped up - had never heard of it - it had a high rating - so we drive there and it was a food truck.
