Ordered a tall iced Carmel latte. The woman working the drive through was so concerned with condescendingly telling us that they don’t use the word “tall” that she didn’t hear the order correctly. Received a hot vanilla latte. Critical thinking apparently isn’t a requirement for employees here.

⭐⭐ Great coffee maker, unacceptable front counter staff. Visited this location while waiting for pizza next door to burn my monthly AmEx credit on a coffee and a jelly donut. The employee working the back bar making the drinks was wonderful and very professional. Unfortunately, the person running the cash register was completely unresponsive and unprofessional. She couldn't tell me the price of a single donut ("I don't know") and appeared entirely impaired or unable to function in a customer-facing role. I have held business appointments here multiple times. The staff is so attentive. Helpful and best of all professional. No one looks like they hate their job!!! It is refreshing. Everyone is hands-on, including the DM who stopped to whip my table. I had no clue. They are a great team here.

Something has gone wrong with this location. Has always been a just average location, but it was worse than normal today. Mobil orders at most locations are ready in minutes. I waited 20 minutes for my iced latte and avocado toast. My latte was sweet and obviously not right. The girl said "it's just milk and espresso" like I was wrong and she didn't make a mistake. I don't appreciate being blamed for someone elses incompetence. The remade drink was correct, but was a short pour. Ridiculous! I don't think there was anyone in the store that wasn't having an issue with their order. Too bad Dun
