Stumbled in here on a Monday lunch with zero expectations and walked out genuinely impressed by the food. The Cuban sandwich is no joke, pulled pork, ham, and a capricola on fresh pressed Cuban bread with a house mustard sauce. Huge portion, hot all the way through, held together perfectly. $13 , that's a win by any measure. The pastry case is beautiful eclairs, mille-feuille style slabs, all displayed cleanly and professionally. I didn't get to try anything from it this visit, but it's on the list. The food is very tasty! As a Colombian I’m picky when it comes to bread.. this place being so close I go for convenience and the staff is very friendly. The pan de bono and the buñuelos aren’t 10/10 but they’re not bad! If they used the proper cheese it would be a home run. The salchipapa and Colombian hot dog are very nostalgic! They have the right idea and just keep it simple. What I LOVE about this place is their Arepa con Huevo y Queso…. Now THAT’S a 10/10. They’re hard to find and this place does a great job.
