I ordered paneer tikka wrap and a vegeterian momo via doordash. I am so sorry but I unfortunately got undercooked mo:mo. I have been cooking and eating mo:mo since more than 2 decades and never ate this kind. The inside filling doesnt seem to resemble a mo:mo dumpling rather a mixed vegetable salad with strong sense of garam masala. I had to throw the whole dumpling box. Sorry I had to post this because I always promoted indian restaurants promoting Nepalese food but they always do fail my belief. The paneer wrap was decent and was in good quantity.

I’ve never had a bad meal from Darbar. Whether dining in or doing take out, the food is fresh and the flavors are great. Service is fantastic - we’re always well taken care of! Some of the fusion options are fun twist, especially as a way to get people in your group trying Indian food for the first time. But the classic staples on the menu are always a home run. Saag Paneer is my favorite with Gulab Jamun for dessert!

Got to try some of their Indian fusion pizzas at an event. They were fantastic. I've had other attempts at Indian fusion pizza, but this is by far the best. The ratio of toppings to curry was perfect. The pizza was also cooked through, with the right amount of crunch. Didn't get a chance to try any other items from the menu, but will definitely be back at some point.

We recently visited Darbar in Branford for its Indian fusion food and it was well worth the drive. For appetizers, we tried the Chicken Lollipop (huge pieces served with a flavorful tikka masala chutney) and the Onion Rings in Dosa Batter — a creative and delicious fusion dish. Drinks were equally impressive: a refreshing Strawberry Lassi and a Desi-style Old Fashioned infused with cardamom. For mains, we ordered Lamb Vindaloo Tacos and Paneer Tikka Tacos (both medium spicy). The tacos were massive, stuffed, and full of flavor, with an extra vindaloo sauce on the side to adjust spice levels. W
