I don’t normally post reviews but I had such a terrible unsanitary experience. First, I waited a long time to receive just a bagel and cream cheese. Then, when I bit into it, there was a napkin or a piece of paper in the middle. It was disgusting. I went inside and they remade it for me but the indoor dining area was filthy. Someone needs to call the health department

When I’m in Brentwood I always stop by this Dunkin. Employees are always so nice even when they are busy and short staffed. Jay is a favorite of mine…..Always a smile and courteous! I was quite excited to redeem the coupon for a free breakfast sandwich that Dunkin has been emailing me over and over. Of course, the 3 servers were jammed and jumping with a long drive thru line. With three people in front of me in the lobby line, service took 20 minutes. I tried to redeem the coupon and was told " if it doesn't work in the app, we can't do it." This is truly an app problem. I love Dunkin and I want this location to better and I’m rooting for them to be better. This is bottom 2 I’ve ever been to. I usually drive two miles east to avoid this one. I went a few days ago and: the drive thru was cash only (half the time I’ve been the drive thru is closed), it took the staff way too long to fill a half dozen donut order for the family in front of me, they left my order at the cash register and didn’t tell me it was there and not the pick up counter, they put two lids on my small coffee cup and this caused a spill in my car when trying to open the lid hole, bathroom was
