We’ve been coming here routinely for months and ordering regular sized sundaes. The last couple of times the sundae has been about 1/2 to 2/3 full. We both realized it wasn’t as full as usual. We asked them to add more ice cream. They refused and said that’s the way it comes. Looks like we’ll need to find a new ice cream place.

Awesome frozen custard. Build your own Jackhammer is awesome. If you haven't tried the ooie gooie mix it's awesome. I always get extra ooie gooie mix, cheesecake and cherries in mine with the ooie gooie mix in the center. So good

*Edit 4/27/26 Andy's team finally did reach out and said they'd address the issue with their employees. I'm glad to finally get a reply. Just to know that they will go through with their word when they reply with these automated replies about sending in your complaint/experience and "making things right" Up to 5 stars! The staff maybe shouldn't rely so much on their memory when taking orders if they cant even remember if I ordered chocolate or vanilla in my simple order. I received the wrong one. Honestly I had a really weird experience here. We ordered two kids ice creams: one chocolate custard with m&m’s and another with Mint and cookie dough chunks. The cashier accepted the order and rang us up no problem. But when the ice creams came out, the m&m one wasn’t made with chocolate and the cookie dough one didn’t have any mint. My daughters weren’t too upset and I knew it was probably just an honest mistake. My m&m daughter didn’t care much so we left it alone but my mint daughter really wanted mint so I took it back up to have them fix it. It was only then that I was told they couldn’t
