The drive-through service was absolutely amazing today! I ordered a Cinnabon, and even though they initially thought they were out, a sweet lady went to check and found some for me. I ordered on 3/1/24 $18.00 worth of food and found plastic in 3 of the tacos and the burrito. I called taco bell and the manager apologized and re made the order. I wanted no lettuce in my tacos and I also found long blonde hair in my food that was remade. My wife did a separate order and had hair in her food. They could have me the order right they decided to take it personal. The remade food was done on 3/2/2024. They also looked mad about the complaint and took it personal.

My Uber Eats orders have been stolen more than once when I arrive for pick ups. Waste of my time when I can't deliver an order. When I ask for things such as cup holders, I'm often ignored. I'm delivering your slop. If you don't help your delivery drivers, you aren't helping your customers. This location is sub-standard. Not surprising, it's a Taco Bell.
