I’ve visited Cookies N Cream multiple times, and one thing that stands out is how hot it always seems to be inside. As a customer, it’s uncomfortable, but I feel even worse for the employees who have to work in those conditions for entire shifts. The temperature often feels excessive, and it raises concerns about whether the work environment is safe and comfortable for staff. What made it even more noticeable is that there appears to be a fan set up in the front for customers, but I didn’t see any fans or cooling measures for the employees working behind the counter and around the ovens. This is my go to spot for late night sweet cravings. They now have different flavors in which we tried the rainbow cookie, Dubai chocolate and the peanut butter. It was amazing, the rainbow cookie did turn hard the next day but overall the cookies stay pretty soft for a couple of days. Our favorite is classic chocolate chip!! And just a tip they have gluten free cookies!

My fav place in Bronxville was there last week really loved the biscoff cookie and also the girl in the register was really sweet I think her name was SUMAIYA really helpful we wanted the shake with oat milk and also she suggested us vegan cookie for my mom that was really nice of her
