I come to this chipotle every Monday and Thursday after my evening shifts and the staff and manager is nothing but wonderful, attentive, and kind every time I visit, to the point that I miss this chipotle when I go to other locations. The shift manager with Ginger box braids is always on the ball. (Sorry, I should’ve asked your name!!!) She is positive, resourceful and intensely hard working everytime I see her leading her team. Thank you to everyone here who always makes my night with their excellent customer service!

The Manager or supervisor at this chipotle was very rude and unprofessional, she told me to pick the dirty rotten lettuce out of my food and eat the rest and refused to replace the rotten food for new fresh food. This lady doesn’t have the professional experience for solving customer’s concerns based on their rotten vegetables. She doesn’t manage the restaurant well, the lettuce was not fresh and the black beans was slopped in old bean juice because they don’t change the food container for fresh food often. My lettuce was soggy dirty brown and black, the vegetables and toppings was not fresh

Went to go grab a burrito and bowl at around 7:30pm. The wait was long. I was not the only one complaining in the line. The music was inappropriate. Employees were not organized, the trash bins were full and soda vendor machines had straws all over it. Nobody clean or wiped tables down. I saw 7 employees while I was there. Maybe they need more training because my customer service was not pleasant at all. I wasn't even greeted. I will not be going to this location again for chipotle.

***Let me preface this with the fact that I RARELY give negative reviews/complaints. I choose to focus on the positive.... And, most Chipotle's have been fine. ***THIS REVIEW is specifically for the location in BROOKLYN CENTER, MINNESOTA. We ordered two steak burritos. There was very little meat (and every other ingredient was minimal) on ours. It would be one thing if that's just how the employee made them for everyone; HOWEVER, every customer behind us had not only a FULL size burrito, there was a VERY NOTICEABLE difference in the amount of all ingredients. I definitely DON'T want to thin
