I swear I've never had an order be made correctly ever here. Sometimes I just want a pizza delivery and I feel like I'm disappointed every freaking time. It's like the employees here are unable to follow directions. Sigh... Either something is missing from the order or something isn't made correctly. The TICKET they tape to the boxes have all the directions written on it clearly. How hard is it to just freaking read the ticket and get stuff right? 🤦‍♂️😭 I think this will finally be the last time I order from Domino's

If I could give a no star review, I would. It took an hour and 45 minutes for us to recieve our pizza and when it did finally arrive, it was barely above room temperature. You can tell that the boxes had been sitting in the hot bags and the pizzas are burnt and the driver slid them. After everything is said and done, we spent $45 and I wish I had taken my money elsewhere. When the driver arrived, he didn't apologize for how long it took. I can understand being short staffed but when our food is barely warm, you should at least pretend to be remorseful. We watched the tracker and it seemed like

Lately it really seems like the team at this Domino’s actually cares — about the service, the presentation, and the quality of the pizza they’re putting out. Every order lately has been consistently good, made right, and clearly handled with pride. Thank you, Brooklyn Park Domino’s, for bringing back the pizza I grew up on. It’s been a long time since I could say that, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Keep up the great work!

Idk why this store is so low but this store has treated and given me amazing pizza. Every time I go it’s hot and ready and it’s gets done in about 8 minutes. They deserve credit for their work now.
