Im here for the lettuce. But most place don't understand that some people actually want to see lettuce in they meal. This place was rude about me confirming my constant missed item. Then want inviting at all once i drive up to pay. Then, put no cheese on my wrap. Have me full ice in my cup. No eye contact or smile, for me spending my money here n getting crappy service. I'd like to start with my food was good and the woman who took my order was very kind. When we went in there was someone waiting for his order and said he'd been standing there for ten minutes and he said the man that just left as we walked up had waited 20 minutes. I thought he was exaggerating. She took our order and it was 15 minutes to get our food. 2 burgers and one fry. Only that one guy ahead of us and one person came through the drive thru. 2 older men ordered directly after us and they still hadn't received their food when we left so they waited almost half an hour. Hardee's has been consistently below par in this area. My last few visits have had me leaving the drive thru dissatisfied to some degree. If I order a Frisco, it's a tossup if the bun is toasted and the burger includes what it should. Hot Dogs come out fresh, but pretty slim on toppings. The most prevalent issue however is that I never end up getting a complete order if I use the app. Each time, there's something in my order that they don't have. One day, it's lemonade. Got the chicken strip WOW what a change these were smaller and less tasty than the ones I had in the past . Hardee's has really gone down hill . The manager could join in to make to make this place better . Ice tea dispensers were both empty.
