The lack of communication at this location is really bad. I only came here for jalapeno cravoil, and they let me pay . They give me the bag and it's no jalapeno sauce. I literally only came for that and she's talking about well, I put some marinara sauce in there, that's not going to make anything better worse service here. I hate this White castle

On an empty evening, you suspect your food to be cooked right by the manager. Instead, everything was over fried and they standing right over the food. If you need help, ask someone else to do it. Shrimp nibble should be crunchy nibbler that after a few my jaw started hurting. The fries were overcooked. It’s no need for me to go ahead and tell somebody what to do when Harley no one is there to order.

I had a good experience with this white castle. I went thru the drive thru the service was fast and the employees were on there game very fast, friendly, and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to go there.

I would say yall are great but yall never put the sauce in the bag when I door dash. No one wants dry cheese sticks or anything that’s suppose to have a sauce. Thats the only thing yall losing with :(
