I really do love Maya Fusion Cafe, and honestly, there’s a lot to appreciate here, but they also need some work The menu is extensive. It kind of feels like when you go to a diner and you’re handed a book instead of a menu. I think they’d benefit from narrowing it down a bit so they can focus on perfecting a smaller set of standout dishes. That said, the food we tried was solid. The pupusas revueltas were delicious, the pollo and carne tostadas hit the spot, and the tamales de elote were fluffy and satisfying. The baleadas were good too, though I wish they made them with refried beans inste
