Can't say how much I love having Chickfila in Cabot and in Searcy - both are great locations for food, service, and a clean fast food location. The Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwhich was so delicous especially dipping the fries in Ranch went well with the spicy flavor of the sandwich! PLUS! OMG.... The Cherry Berry Lemonade was SOOOOO good! It tastes like a sweet tart in the very cherry berry best way! 🥰💛🩷❤️ Go get one!

If cleanliness was a sport, the Chick-fil-A in Cabot would be Olympic gold medalists. I’ve seen operating rooms that aren’t this spotless. You could literally eat your waffle fries off the bathroom floor (but don’t, because the tables are also pristine and more socially acceptable). The staff? Cheerful like they were trained by Disney and caffeinated by sweet tea. My food was so fresh I half expected the chicken to still be clucking. The drive-thru is faster than a NASCAR pit stop, and somehow, everyone manages to say “my pleasure” like they actually mean it. If you're looking for delicious

Food is always hot and delicious! Staff is really something else and that is said in a good way. It is refreshing these days to go somewhere and have young people telling you to have a blessed day. Warms my heart that Christianity is still alive in our society!

Customer service is a joke. I have the app and placed several orders from here. Recently there has been in app promotions for a menu item. It didn’t appear in my app and they essentially told me to kick rocks over ONE menu item. I called the “real” CFA and explained what happened. They said because it was a local promotion that they couldn’t do anything but they would put me in contact with the store. I never heard anything again. For a CFA I expected better.
