So busy talking smack they get orders wrong. It's my third time coming here and the second time they've messed up on an order. 2 out of 3 orders wrong. First order took them 25 min, they got the order wrong, I went to my car and checked, had to walk in and ask for them to correct the order. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and they gave me a bagel. When you ask for condiments they seem upset. Ask for 3 ketchups, you get 2. Ask for any other condiment, they go to the back and talk smack. Staff here is the nicest. Especially the drive-through. It makes my morning so much better when I come here. I literally drive a little bit further to this McDonald's location instead of the one closest to my house just because it's a better experience here.

When you go to enter the restroom and they don’t clearly say the code, it feels like they have water in their mouth — is that normal? Of course, in a place with this kind of service, who would even feel like ordering anything? rude

The degree of incompetence is impressive... 😡 Letting people order at the pickup window. Asking every customer at the window what they ordered. I specified I ordered a coffee only and was asked about four of the orders sitting there that weren't coffee. Then she tried to give me the wrong coffee.
