Seeing my girl come home upset because some guy talked to her crazy when she just went to get a drink for them with the membership that she pays for. Yeah you guys gotta work on your Customer Service. That’s not cool talking down at People if you’re having a bad day don’t take it out on the public.

Took about 50 minutes to get through the drive-thru line from start to finish. We sat a full 20 months with the cars not moving at all, we were going to leave, but we were stuck in the line. From ordering to getting our food was another full 20-25 minutes. We have no idea what the delay was as it was 245 in the afternoon and the restaurant appeared fully staffed when we got to the window. We took our food home and the chicken noodle soup didn’t have any broth in it and they didn’t give us the baguette that was supposed to go with it.

I had a horrible experience at this Panera location. I accidentally selected “pickup inside” instead of “drive‑thru pickup,” but instead of helping, the staff refused to hand me my order at the window. They told me I had to come inside, even though I was already stuck in the drive‑thru line with cars in front of me and no way to get out. I sat there waiting while my food was literally a few feet away. The lack of basic customer service and common sense was unbelievable. This location needs serious retraining on how to treat customers.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience at Panera was honestly really frustrating. I ordered online about 15 minutes before I left, thinking that would be plenty of time. When I got there, they told me my order wasn’t ready, and I ended up standing around waiting another 15 minutes. At that point, I had already waited longer than the order was even supposed to take in total. Then when I finally got my food, it wasn’t even my order. On top of that, I had paid extra for add-ons, and none of them were included. When I tried to politely ask about it, I was basically told I was wrong i
