Went 2 separate times on our trip. First time, no one looked like they wanted to help us and were seemed begrudged to have to deal with front counter guests. Ladies in the window were laughing and had a much better disposition. 2nd time was busier, but yet better people and attitudes at the front counter.

They need more staff. Asked for little ice, received a cup full of ice with little amount of liquid. When I asked if this was little ice, I was told there is no button for that. Will not return to this store. Many more close enough with better service from staff.

It’s 12:27pm on February 14,2026. The fact that there was no one infront of me or at the drive thru window and the employee had me waiting over 8 min without saying a single word, no one inside is ridiculous. This establishment continues to go down hill. A few months ago was stealing money and now this is not good. Either this establishment fixes there problems or they will loose customers quickly.
